What are credits?
The site's only currency. Each tool lists its price in credits, you spend them as you go, and they sit in your account until used — there is no expiry date.
Is there a subscription?
No, and there never has been. Packs are one-time purchases; buying one is the end of the transaction, not the start of a billing relationship.
Which pack should I start with?
Most couples take the Classic Pack: 100 credits runs a handful of predictions plus a film or two. The Starter covers a taste; the Keepsake pack is for people who intend to make the whole album.
Why do films cost more than pictures?
Each film is rendered by a video model at real compute cost, and some films first stage their opening frame with an image edit. The growing-up film also renders several age portraits before it can morph through them.
How is payment handled?
Stripe runs the checkout end to end; credits appear in your account the moment payment clears.
